Shipping Policy

 

Kishop provides Free Doorstep Delivery of your order (FREE SHIPPING), if your cart value is above Rs. 500. However, we will levy nominal forward shipping charges (not exceeding Rs. 70 , under any circumstance), if your cart/order value is below Rs. 500. Forward shipping charges usually vary as per the pin code mentioned in shipping address, and Kishop will never levy forward shipping charges more than Rs. 70 for under valued cart orders. Kishop takes 1-2 days for processing the confirmed orders, which means it takes up to two days’ time to ship the orders received from buyers. And, once shipped, the third-party courier company like Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, Bluedart etc., may take 5 to 7 days in delivering the orders under normal circumstances. The delivery time may extend further (maximum up to 15 days) due to a host of reasons, which is beyond control/influence of Kishop, and we advise buyers to have patience until the delivery person knocks door at the shipping address with shipment.

 

In certain cases, the shipping company may initiate shipment return process, and return the product to origin (RTO), citing a number of reasons, including buyer requested cancellations, locked doors at shipping address, open box demand by buyers, and to name a few. In such case(s), the buyer is free to place another order for same item, which Kishop will fulfill like any other order.

 

 

Note: Once a shipment is initiated for RTO, rescheduling/reattempting of delivery cannot be requested and/or the same can be declined outright.

 

 

In case, we are not able to pick-up return shipment, we may ask buyer to return (courier) the product at own expenses, and share the incurred courier charges with us and we’ll refund the courier charges along with refund value, but on receiving the product back to our office/warehouse address.
