  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be purchased from www.kishop.in

The return request must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Products eligible for return include those with manufacturing defects, damaged during transit, or products that are significantly different from what was described on our website.

  1. Return Process

Log in to your www.kishop.in account

Go to the “My Orders” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.

Click on the “Return Item” button and provide the necessary details.

Once your return request is received, we will approve it within 24-48 hours and, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.

  1. Packaging and Condition

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

It should be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

Ensure that the product is well-packed to avoid any damage during return transit.

  1. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned product at our registered office i.e. 1, G-65, GALI 14, SHIV RAM PARK, WEST DELHI, DELHI, 110041 India, and completing all the necessary quality check, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway. Note: Refund amount are not settled instantaneously to buyer’s account. However, a buyer may request for instant refund, for which Kishop may charge an extra sum of money, which will be conveyed to buyers in their respective cases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Personal care & health & wellness products (such as cosmetics, skincare, food supplements, condoms etc.).

Please check the product description and terms before making a purchase.
 
  1. Return Shipping

In case of a return due to a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery, kishop.in will bear the return shipping charges.

For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a reliable courier service to ensure the safe return of the product.

  1. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process mentioned above.

Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
