10 Days Refund / Return / Exchange Guarantee
Every product sold at Kishop is covered under 10 Days Refund and/or Return and/or Exchange guarantee. All you need is notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 10 days from the date of delivery and we will either refund the amount you paid to Kishop.in or replace the product, as per buyer’s convenience and/or preference. The refund amount will be credited to the payment sources like (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking), and we may also ask buyer’s UPI address/UPI Number for refund. The buyers need not bear the expenses, involved in returnning the product back to Kishop’s address.
Before raising a refund / return / exchange request, the buyer needs to ascertain that all additional items like product invoice, shipping label, product labels, tags etc., are returns back in intact condition, and the same are not to be tampered with under any circumstances.
Please make sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn/unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Be aware that the items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
For raising a refund / return request, the buyer needs to contact us with an email, to be dropped to kishopindia@gmail.com , with explanation of reasons for return. The buyer also needs to attach images and video of the product(s)/product unboxing when connecting to us.
Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier company within 3-5 business days, under normal circumstances.
Any order received can be cancelled for the following reason:
- If the order has any technical glitches
- Any order placed during the website update which has led to changes in the price or its content
- Any cod order which is in verification stage when it feels like the order may be returned
- When the stock is unavailable or may take time to produce
- Any other reason that the company may find relevant from time to time
- The decision of the company is final in this regard
