About Kishop
Is Kishop an Indian Ecommerce Website?
Yes. It is a newly launched yet genuine Indian establishment that started doing business operations in the year 2023 with a commitment to providing a wide variety of products across India.
Where is Kishop Situated?
Kishop has its headquarters in New Delhi (India), and it sells branded goods only for the Indian consumers. All branded goods purchased from Kishop come with the manufacturer's standard warranty, and in certain circumstances, they may or may not need to be taken to the manufacturer's or importer's authorized service center.
Kishop is a listed company, right?
No, Kishop is a sole proprietorship organization, and currently it is not listed on any Indian or international stock exchanges.

How to Shop Online at Kishop?
Simply log on to Kishop. and place an order for the product(s) you wish to purchase, whether it be for yourself or to gift your near and dear ones. A delivery attempt will be made within 5-7 days by a third-party courier service at the buyer's specified shipping address for all confirmed Prepaid/COD order(s).
How to know if my order was placed successfully or not?
Right after a successful Prepaid/COD order placement, Kishop sends buyers an email with the order confirmation and a unique Order ID assigned to every order.
How do I find out the status of my order?
You can track the status of your orders in one of three ways:.
(I) By logging in to your My Account (Member Login Folder) - First Preference.
(II) By texting Order Id - 2nd Preference to our WhatsApp number (8383939934).
And in the last option, you can also email us at kishopindia@gmail.com.
How Secure Is My Online Prepaid Payment at Kishop.
You can always feel at ease when making prepaid payments through Kishop, where you can easily pay with a credit card, a debit card, UPI, net banking, etc. Here, it is to be noted that Kishop never stores information about your credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or other payment method details. Instead, Kishop uses the completely safe and secure payment gateway InstaMojo, and it never requests OTPs, card numbers, login information, etc.
What happens, if a product is out of stock?
Users cannot place an order for an out of stock item.
To find out if the product is back in stock, users can visit Kishop again after some time. In addition, they can send a message to the WHATSAPP number (+918383939934) of Kishop to learn when a product will be available.
Is registering required in order to make purchases at Kishop.
Yes. To be able to purchase items from Kishop, a user must register first. We have made this process necessary in order to give customers a satisfying shopping experience and to increase the legitimacy of the transaction.
SHIPPING
Will There Be An Additional Shipping Fee?
For all orders worth more than Rs. 500, there will be no shipping fee at all, and the DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY FREE. However, the orders worth less than Rs. 500, we do add a negligible shipping fee not exceeding Rs. 70 (for forward shipping only).
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Days required for delivery of a package vary primarily depending on the PIN CODE. However, the delivery of shipments generally takes 5-7 days.
To what nations do you ship?
Currently, we only fulfill the domestic orders only (i.e. orders from India only, and not outside India).
Will Every Order I Place Be Shipped At Once?
Items with a single Order ID will be SHIPPED together.
Your orders with multiple order IDs will be shipped bearing different AWB numbers.
However, you can contact Kishop's customer support if you need any additional help with dispatch and shipping.
Can Kishop ship items in My Order ID to Different Shipping Addresses?
Products cannot be shipped to different addresses under a single order id. To ascertain that delivery is made to different shipping addresses, a buyer must place orders separately.
Can Kishop deliver orders to Post Boxes?
No. We only provide door-to-door delivery of packages; and, we do not deliver packages to post boxes or any other locations.
What Is the Cost of Shipping?
If the cart value is greater than Rs.500 (INR), then the buyer is provided free shipping to desired shipping address in India. If your cart value is less than Rs.500 (INR), we might charge a nominal shipping cost at the time of order placement by buyer.
Note: - RETURN SHIPPING:
In exceptional circumstances, where Kishop is unable to provide return shipping service to buyer(s), then we may ask buyer(s) to courier the product back to our address, and pay/bear the return shipping cost (cost incurred for returning a product to Kishop) initially, which Kishop will refund through UPI or Net Banking, as per mutual convenience.
How Can I Track My Order?
After your order is handed over to courier company's field executive, buyers can track it immediately. After a couple of minutes of receiving successful COD/Prepaid orders from buyers, we update a valid tracking id online, which buyers can check in their order section at Kishop. We might also send you the shipment tracking ID to your contact number via SMS/WhatsApp.
Once I've placed my order, can I change my shipping address?
No. After placing an order, the shipping address cannot be changed.
You must place a new order if you want delivery to be made to a different shipping address after canceling your previous order.
Why My Product Could Not Be Delivered?
Several factors outside the control of Kishop may result in a package being undeliverable and being sent back to the point of origin (RTO). And the reason(s) is/are primarily to be attributed to handling of your shipment by third party courier companies.
Payment
Which modes of payment are accepted by Kishop?
Buyers can choose from a variety of payment options, including Cash On Delivery (COD) and Prepaid, at Kishop. However, the most widely used prepaid payment methods are UPI, Net Banking, using credit or debit cards, and through Insta Mojo (Payment Gateway), which performs an online real-time authorization.
My credit card will be charged when?
When you place your prepaid order, the Insta Mojo payment gateway immediately begins charging your credit card, debit card, net banking, or upi.
Keep in mind that a real-time online authorization is carried out through the Payment Gateway in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.

Do You Disclose My Information to Third Parties?
No, we do not divulge customers' information to anyone outside of Kishop.in.
Can I call to check the status of my order?
Kishop's buyer login panel allows buyers to check the status of their orders. However, if buyers need more information regarding their ongoin or delivered orders, they can drop a text message on Kishop's whatsapp number rather than dialing the number.
What Should I Do If There Are Issues With My Order? Whom Should I Contact?

How Do I Modify My Order?
Once placed, an order(s) cannot be changed or modified. The user needs to cancel the current order and then place a new order with the desired changes.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
In addition to requesting cancellation through our helpline number, a buyer may cancel an order at any time from kishop's buyer login panel. It's important to keep in mind that, in most cases, the payment reversal for canceled orders (for prepaid orders only) may take 5–10 days.
The time it takes to reverse a COD payment can be even longer—up to 15 days.
Keep in mind that Kishop.in reserves the right to cancel or not cancel a specific order, and that a buyer's request to cancel an ongoing or delivered order may be rejected without providing any further information. All parties concerned must abide by the decision.
Exchanges and returns.
When Will My Returned Products Be Refunded?
After the item is received at our return address, a refund for returned goods will be initiated.
Additionally, payment refunds may arrive on the buyer's account five to 10 days after they were initiated.
What Proofs Do I Need to Provide in Order to Have My Return Request Accepted and Not Rejected?
Buyers must provide information in accordance of Kishop's return policy. So be sure to carefully read the return policy at Kishop.in.
How Can I Get an Exchange or Replacement for a Delivered Item(s)?
We understand that there are situations where a customer may need to return an item and receive a replacement or exchange. We have provided the customer helpline number, just to make things easier for buyers.

Can the product be gift-wrapped?
Not right now, we don't provide gift wrapping service to buyers.
